    I blinked.

And you are not a baby anymore.

You are four years old today.

How did we go from this?

    To this?

    It doesn’t seem possible.

    You are my baby.

You are the first person that makes me smile every morning.  You make me happy.  You love me and I love you.  You are a smart little girl.  You are beautiful.  You have blue eyes.  You love ‘mommy do it.’  You make me feel needed.  You amaze me every day.  You are silly.  You cry too much when things don’t go your way.  You play so well by yourself.  You love books.  You love to eat cheese.  You are a little tattletale.  You love your big brother and sisters.  You love your dogs.  You love to snack.  You love pink.  You are very crabby when you are tired.  You need me and I need you.  You love the park.  You love to drink pop, way too much.  You need a lot of blankets and animals in your bed.  You love Dora.  You know how to make us laugh.  You love to play with your friends.  You make funny faces and voices.  You complete our family.

    You are my baby.

    Mary Grace (Fall 2006)

    Please stay that way.

It seems to happen overnight, doesn’t it? Didn’t your son just have a birthday? I have a sweet little girl too and she was my 36th birthday present. We’re so lucky to have sweet little girls!

Your baby is a little over a week older than my baby. I’m already getting weepy about her birthday, because she is getting to be such a big girl and it just breaks my heart.

Your baby is just precious. I love the picture of her with the dog. Happy Birthday!

Great age. I remember when our 14 year old granddaughter was that age. She was always saying Whatever, like her Auntie, who was an adult. They are too, cute.

She’s a sweetie! Those cheeks are just too cute. She’ll always be your baby… Enjoy!

Mine will be 28 this May - I find it hard to believe they have all grown up.

My Granddaughter will be 4 this May… It’s a great age. We are looking forward to her visit this June.

Wishing her a happy birthday! And I wish I knew how they grew up so fast, and how to slow it down just a bit… :)

Wow, you’ve got lots of b-days going on! Happy Birthday!

So, now you know I have to ask…since we’ve been talking about the orange… is your hair naturally brown (shown in the first picture)? Yes, I’m nosy like that sometimes! :) Remember, I’m the one that wanted to know what you keep in the bins in your laundry room… nosy, nosy, nosy…
