Tiny Talk Tuesday Or There Really is A Tiny Talk Moment In This Long Post

Mary at Not Before 7, hosts Tiny Talk Tuesday every week. It’s fun to see what the little ones are saying, so go and check it out!

It was kind of quite at my house this week, but I was recently reminiscing with a friend about our kids and we talked about this fond little memory so I thought I’d share it with you.

My friend and I had taken our kids away during Spring Break to a water park resort. On our last day there, we had to check out of our room by 11, but we weren’t quite done hanging out and swimming. So after we had had our fun for the day and were ready to head for home, we went to get ourselves and the kids changed in the locker room. It was crowded, the floor was wet and hairy like only a locker room floor can be, and it was pretty gross. But my friend and I managed to find a couple of private corners and did our best behind-the-towel changing. We thought we were being very discreet. Until my 3 year old, Gracie, points to my friends chest, and says:

“My Mom has those and she puts them in a boop thing too”

I really don’t think that ‘boop thing’ is the visual that Victoria’s Secret wants you taking away from their fine publication of undergarments.

OH how funny is that. A boop thing.

Recently Megan has been very curious about that too.
She wonders mom when am I going to get a bra? She is only five.

So funny!!! I love the innocence!

My daughter has decided she must wear an undershirt under her clothes b/c she is a girl and she has bo*obies. She says my son and her Daddy have chestesses (said as a plural word) and they do not need such things. They notice more than we realize! :)

I LOVE the Gracie story! This is a great post. I like things to match too, but I thought you were going to say that you just bought all bright red bins and kept the two dark red ones for another use.
Of course, maybe the trip to the “lake Wal-mart” was a great way to take a breather. In that case, dark red ones would be an absolute necessity.
